Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if the “RAM DDR5 - 2x16 Go - 6000 MHz - CL30“ avg price on WhereIsMyRam is above the Market Target at Resolution Time.
• Resolves to “No” if the price is at or below the Market Target at Resolution Time.

Resolution Details:

• The WhereIsMyRam chart will be used, specifically:
  • “RAM DDR5 - 2x16 Go - 6000 MHz - CL30“ category
  • Average Price (Avg price) line
  • “March 31” data
• Only the price quoted by WhereIsMyRam will be considered.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions

• The “RAM DDR5 - 2x16 Go - 6000 MHz - CL30“ average price on WhereIsMyRam is suspended or becomes unreliable.
• The WhereIsMyRam platform is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period.
• Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking during the Market Period.
